Katsuzo Miyamaru established Miyamaru Meiboku-ten as an independent business in Taisho Ward, Osaka City.

The business was incorporated as Maruyone Shokai Co., Ltd., and the head office was relocated to its current location.

Established a trade agreement with Kanematsu Corporation and commenced direct imports of high-grade timber from overseas.

Established a real estate division and entered the building management business

Merged with Moriguchi Trading and established a new trade division, initiating direct imports of exotic hardwoods from various Southeast Asian countries.
